•  Consulted for The Honey Baked Ham Company, a food retailer. As part of the IT team here, I led a critical project to modernize data integration infrastructure, upgrading all SSIS packages to leverage Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics and successfully orchestrated the import of MS Dynamics 365 data into SQL Server, enhancing data availability and accessibility for business stakeholders. I designed and developed robust pipelines and data flows, optimizing data movement and transformation processes for maximum efficiency and spearheaded the migration of data using storage containers, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to ongoing operations. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth data integration, and providing actionable insights for informed decision-making and worked alongside data architects to design and implement efficient ETL processes, adhering to best practices and optimizing performance for Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics. I utilized Azure Data Factory pipelines to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources, including on-premises databases and cloud-based services and leveraged Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure SQL Data Warehouse in Synapse Analytics to handle large-scale data processing and facilitate advanced analytics. I also collaborated with data scientists and business analysts to create and maintain data pipelines that support machine learning models and advanced analytics and completed the project by providing technical documentation and recorded technical video sessions for various teams to transfer knowledge.
• Consulted for The Children’s Place, a specialty retailer of children's apparel and accessories. As part of this team, MTS Architected, Designed, Developed, Tested and Deployed the entire project from scratch, all the way from migrating from older Windows and SQL servers to newer versions of the server. 
• MTS  was responsible for the entire project both from a Project Management and technical perspectives. 
• MTS was responsible for refactoring/reworking code and writing/rewriting SSIS to Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Bricks in conjunction with using Data Lakes and Delta Lakes, and completely reorganizing the SQL/ SSRS reporting structure using Power BI/DAX instead of the older Excel and SSRS reports. 
•  MTS was responsible all the way from the initialization and execution of the project to the actual development work performed on the server/database side, the report writing side where MTS developed Power BI reports.
• Consulted for Jacobs Engineering Group, a Fortune 500 professional and technical solutions company. MTS worked alongside the Asset Management Solutions team and architected, designed & developed SQL Server Solutions for government agencies throughout the country. Some of the projects included design, development, creation and/or maintenance of databases & making changes to the databases as needed for the US Navy, State of Texas Railroads, State of Oklahoma Railroads and Great Lakes Water Authority in Michigan. Work included all the way from Database Design, working with Solutions Architect and Project Manager to collect the business requirements and translating them into Database Design and Data Reporting and finally handing it over to the client in an Azure/AWS Environment as required.
• Architected, Designed, Developed, Tested and Deployed SQL Servers in Azure/AWS Environment at Jacobs. My team and I envisioned, designed, developed, created, and tested normalized tables, datatypes, stored procedures, views, functions, which then were used to develop and deploy Power BI reports. The tables that were created were then filled with data that was designed by the Application team that would then load the data into the tables which we then wrote the stored procedures against. We also received data from files within the Linux environment which were then loaded into the servers.
• Consulted for Storyline, a startup clothing brand and took on the full responsibility of the entire technical & technological workforce.
• Consulted for McAfee which is a Global Computer Security Software company. MTS has worked with other Developers, Business Analysts &a Project Managers on Performance Upgrades throughout their servers and databases.
• Consulted for Ansira, a Digital Marketing company. MTS has worked on managing the several Integrations of marketing data from clients like Acura, Audi, AutoNation, BMW, Ford, GM, Nissan, Toyota, Subaru, Honda, Genesis, Ferrari, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lincoln, Polaris, Yokohama & created solutions for couponing & cash back deals for dealerships across North America.
• Consulted for Educational Results Partnership, a Sacramento, CA based nonprofit. MTS helped launch their Ed-Tech/Ed-fi SQL Server implementation in AWS environment. I worked alongside the Solutions Architect to use the AWS Private/Gov Cloud and created Dev/Test/Prod servers and deployed the Ed-fi solutions on these servers.
• Consulted for United Way of The Midlands (UWM) which is a nonprofit based out of Omaha, Nebraska. MTS has provided SQL Server solutions to UWM such as copying the entire UWM's Call Center Database, implemented Replication and created high level to low reports across the business some of which included drill down Power BI reports that showed Statewide calls for assistance for food, shelter and cross tab that data against gender, age, location to name a few attributes.

• Developed SSIS Packages using MS SQL Server Integration Services in such a way it loads last 4 days data from flat files, access databases and Excel sheets into SQL Server database to store consistent and durable data.
• ETL development of moving SSIS packages from 2005 environment on to 2008 with new transformations.
• Built new SSIS Packages incrementally loading data dynamically on to SQL Server destination tables from different OLEDB’s, Flat File’s, TXT’s and Excel files.
• Deployed SSIS packages by creating configuration files making packages dynamic by creating variables.
• Created the dimensional & relational models for various databases for monitoring tools, created database, SSIS standards of development, configuration & deployment of the Packages.
• Designed & developed the various SSIS packages for the daily, Hourly, Weekly & Monthly Loads.
• Worked on error handling using try and catch blocks and performance tuning using counters in SSIS.
• Designed different type of reports tabular, matrix (cross tab), conditional, list items, charts, and sub reports.
